Job Description
Position Summary


A successful Communications Project Coordinator (CPC) will be an ambitious individual who has experience in handling multiple projects and a passion for marketing. Overlying responsibilities include communicating and presenting to clients, creating marketing content, quality control and data management, as well as reporting.


We utilize a variety of systems or technologies to complete job functions. Experience with HTML emails, Canva, Social Media Management, Relationship Based Marketing, and more is a plus but can also be trained.


Success will rely on direct, clear communication, a willingness to seek feedback and learn, and the desire to understand data and reporting on marketing initiatives. This will include understanding the unique brands we serve, content creation for multi-media needs (email, print, web, social, press releases and more), and measuring the success of our communications. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of target audiences and the best way to speak to those audiences that will drive results.


Essential Job Functions


Additional CPC responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Research, create, and approve quality marketing content.
  • Manipulate data to create targeted audiences
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to learn, observe, and report.
  • Managing multiple projects and client expectations with shifting timelines and workloads.
  • All other tasks assigned by communications team leads and/or senior leaders (VPs/CEO/etc.)
  • Educate clients and coworkers on products and processes.
  • Documenting, implementing, and overseeing product launches.


Job Qualifications


  • Two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • High School graduate or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge or experience with project management fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and clear communication skills
  • Knowledge of credit union operations, regulations and procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
