Job Description

Project Coordinator

Summary: CRG’s rapidly growing Transportation client in Southwest Charlotte is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team! The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to projects to achieve success as defined by the department’s strategies and goals. This person will also manage, maintain, and track support tickets while spearheading system training internally and externally.


Opportunity: Short-term Contract (July and August, with possible extension)

Compensation: $28.00-$32.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location: 100% REMOTE (East Coast based)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Act as liaison between corporate teams, field, IT, 3rd party vendors and stakeholders.
  • Assess project risks and provide solutions where applicable
  • Maintain project documentation and follow up on important actions and timelines
  • Prepare training documentation and perform training internally and externally
  • Define and analyze requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Assist with supporting department systems, including researching escalated user issues or enhancement requests and opening tickets with appropriate support channels.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to track project deliverables and milestones
  • Project management tool experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
