JOB SUMMARY FOR Modeling Engineer:


Position Description: **HYBRID POSITION**

The Enterprise Technology (ET) Employee Connect team is focused on helping to ensure that our team members are not just satisfied and productive but also engaged in creating the future- the company’s and their own. Along those lines, the Employee Connect team has a variety of service and product offerings that support individuals, teams, and leaders to continually improve our workplace environment. Our team is currently seeking an insightful, motivated, and detail-oriented team member to plan and manage the broader rollout of these offerings, including the advertising, logistics, and planning for any associated events. Our ideal new team member will embrace our iterative style of working and be excited about the opportunity to use feedback to continually improve their work while also ensuring that we are adding value for our customers (the employees). Candidate(s) are required to be onsite weekly to work in person Though the onsite schedule will likely vary, there is an assumption that the person can be onsite at least once per week.


Responsibilities Include:

  • As needed, partner with other team members to support efforts related to content design and development, piloting of offerings and collecting/ implementing feedback.
  • Develop high quality engagement opportunities and communications to increase employee engagement and provide employee insights while ensuring all employees feel connected.
  • Manage the organization wide roll-out of the team’s products and services.
  • Deliver innovative and dynamic content across multiple channels with the goals of advertising and marketing the team’s offerings.
  • Develop and implement the plans to raise awareness of the team’s offerings and highlight the opportunities for employees to leverage our offerings in their day-to-day work.
  • Manage and/or support events and meetings hosted by the team.
  • Create sales and advertising strategies to attract, engage, and delight our employee customers.


Skills Required:

  • Ability to create continuous feedback loops; ability to receive feedback and quickly and accurately incorporate it.
  • Ability to network with a diverse range of people, stakeholders and customers across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and in agile environment, balancing the need to be analytical and creative, depending on the project at hand.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a changing environment and is willing to support projects outside of core responsibilities to support team goals.
  • Creative and organized problem-solver who can plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Strong time management, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented with a penchant for ensuring the specifics of plans are understood and accounted for.


Skills Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of Rally a plus
  • Hands on experience with SharePoint, including working knowledge of how to manage and maintain SharePoint sites a plus
  • Graphic or creative design skills a plus
  • Working knowledge of Camtasia to record, edit and publish recordings


Experience Required:

  • Multi-year demonstrated experience using advertising and PR skills with the ability to create effective campaigns.
  • Previous experience launching a product or service related to employee or customer engagement or employee experience.


Experience Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in an agile / iterative environment


Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent years of experience.
