Two (2) years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally within a matrixed organization.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.

Experience with change management processes and principles.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field.

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or other project management tools.

Knowledge or experience with project management fundamentals.

Two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated professionalism and clear communication skills

Knowledge of credit union operations, regulations and procedures is preferred.

Research, create, and approve quality marketing content.

Managing multiple projects and client expectations with shifting timelines and workloads.

Support strategic program and project management initiatives as directed by the Project Manager

Push and guide team members to hit goals set by the project manager and meet deadlines

Evolve into a subject matter expert and master the required skills

Bachelor’s Degree and 4-6 years of experience in project/program support

Previous experience with legislative and policy analysis

Direct experience working on a daily basis to advise senior-level clients

· Store Portal (organization site) content maintenance, updates, and access management.

· 5+ years working in a project management or related role.

· Professional communication skills, including superb PowerPoint skills.

• Serving as PRI’s point of contact with the digital team.

• Developing and maintaining project tasks and timelines via Microsoft Teams.

• Tracking PRI releases, events, and other activities in Airtable.
