We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our Dallas Commercial Real Estate Group. A successful Relationship Manager solicits, develops, and services a wide variety of real estate commercial loans. Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing relationships. Responsible for large and complex real estate loans, including real estate investments, income property, development, construction loans, etc. Sustains profitability and growth of portfolio.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
  • Five or more years of commercial real estate experience as an RM

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in commercial real estate loan portfolios
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills
  • 10+ years underwriting/lending experience in large commercial real estate banking

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while

having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
