Commercial Finance Associate Jobs

National law firm with offices in 7 cities across the U.S., is in search of a Commercial Finance Associate for their Finance Practice Group in their Dallas office!

Experience:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate, and/or mergers and acquisitions to join it tax-advantaged finance practice.

-Experience with tax-advantaged investments is preferred but not required.

Practice Focus:

-The practice is an active and diverse commercial finance practice with a focus on tax-credit subsidized equity and debt financings.

-Transactions are multi-faceted, often involving public/private partnerships with two or more sources of debt financings and multiple equity investors.

-The successful candidate will be an outgoing self-starter who can quickly take an active role in the documentation, management and closing of these transactions and will be expected to work closely with all transaction parties, including banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms, state and local governments, and their respective counsel.

Education:

-Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

-GPA 3.0 or better.

The firm offers a comprehensive benefit package along with a hybrid setting at this time. Annual billable hours are 1900. The firm also offers Seminar and CLE Expenses.
