Cloud Services Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months, Contract
Pay: $25+/hr

The Cloud Services Administrator position is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the organization’s SharePoint that hosts the company intranet, dining sites, public web sites and miscellaneous collaboration sites. They are charged with deploying, configuring, and maintaining enterprise level web sites to support communication and collaboration throughout the organization. The Cloud Services Administrator works as a member of the Cloud Services team and is charged with understanding the goals/objectives of that team and how it supports those of the I&O division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide tier 1 and 2 user support for SharePoint and/or Office 365 (including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams).
- Provide platform support for SharePoint environments.
- Perform SharePoint web site deployments.
- Work with other storage platforms to migrate data to Sharepoint Online
- The Cloud Services Administrator works as a member of the Cloud Services team and is charged to understand the goals/objectives of that team and how it supports those of the I&O division.
- Maintain documentation of SharePoint environments, site functionality, and support procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive attitude and solutions-oriented thinking.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Typically, 1-2 years’ experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or combination of education and experience.
