Manage Service Level Agreements for department and software vendors

Scripting or basic programming skills to solve technical problems and automate tasks

Knowledge of file system administration on application servers

Capture and analyze system logs to help identify root causes and formulate corrective action plans through problem-resolution processes.

Define key server components and services to monitor and their associated thresholds for warning and critical alerting.

Review the system configuration to ensure compliance with AIT standards and vendor-recommended specifications; create technical documentation for application systems.

Experience supporting website content management systems, preferably WordPress

5+ years of experience managing and supporting a demand generation technology stack

2+ years of experience as a system administrator of Hubspot

2+ years experience working and integrating with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Experience working with business intelligence tools, preferably Tableau or other tier-1 solutions

Strong SQL and technical skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Maintain documentation of SharePoint environments, site functionality, and support procedures.

Work with other storage platforms to migrate data to Sharepoint Online

Provide tier 1 and 2 user support for SharePoint and/or Office 365 (including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams).

Manages and maintains file servers.

Knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations;

Knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures;

Knowledge of technology innovations and trends.

Enforces security policies, and monitor employee access to sensitive information.

Operates the City’s firewall processes and protocols.

Key requirements for the role:

· Previous Professional Services Experience (desired not essential)

Cloud Systems Administrator | Hybrid, Boston, MA | $100,000 - $125,000

2+ years of experience with navigating cloud-based applications (analytics and data management)

Annual compensation range offered - $65-80k commensurate with experience

College degree or equivalent experience

Experience with data reporting tools like Salesforce or Acumatica helpful

The position offers a hybrid/ flexible 2 days per week in office schedule.

A four-year degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related business field with suitable work experience.

· 5 years of ERP experience (Infor, Oracle JDE, SAP, etc.)

· 5 years of WMS experience (Infor, Manhattan, JDA, etc.)

· 5 years of IBM iSeries / AS400

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year college or

6 - 10 years of related experience.

Demonstrated experience creating, diagnosing and updating/modifying RTF (Rich Text Format) templates.

Experience working with and troubleshooting Oracle integrations using both API and bulk data load methods.
