Clinical Contracts Project Assistant

As a Clinical Contracts Project Assistant, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Verify W-8/W-9, where applicable, are obtained from clinical sites and obtain missing W-8/W-9, New Vendor Setup Forms, and any Finance (ACH) forms from sites.
• Ensure all fully executed clinical contracts are uploaded onto Seagen Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) system on behalf of Shared Services
• Perform monitoring of the Clinical Contract Management “CCM” mailbox..
• Capture meeting minutes from Legal and CCM meeting and file appropriately.
• Assist with entering CRO status report information into Smartsheet or any appropriate Seagen System.
• Complete training assigned including general training requirements, SOPs, and system and process related training.
• Perform formatting and distribution of bi-weekly Contract Research Organization (“CRO”) status reports.
• Support the CTA and ancillary agreement signature process.
• Adhere to Operational Procedures (“OPs”) and related processes.
• Submit contract request in Seagen systems when support is needed.
• Contribute to Clinical Contract and Study Start-Up quality, systems, and process initiatives.
• Perform Known Clinical Site (“KCS”) verification and re-verification.
• Support CCAs customizing budget template header with site specific information.
• Perform quality control checks, finalization, internal routing, follow-up, and tracking of final Clinical Trial Agreements (“CTAs”).
• Provide list of effective Master Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Clinical Trial Agreements (MNDA/MCTA) for site on new studies to key stakeholders.
• Support CCM team with contract support activities as required.
