Senior Director, Clinical Project Management

Elixir Associates are currently partnering with a Niche Oncology/Hematology Clinical Research Organization. They are looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Project Management who will lead the global project management team. The role will be reporting in Senior Leadership & will work closely with various cross functional leader within the business.

About The Job:

• Lead Bid Defences for Sponsor clients
• Oversight for all assigned projects to ensure study launch, conduct and closeout
• Day to day oversight of the project management team
• Forecasts, prioritizes and directs staff to achieve on-time sponsor deliverables
• Help, grow & retain the Project Management team

Required Experienced:

• Experience in line managing PM teams across the US
• Must have extensive experience in Oncology & Hematology
• Experience in managing global clinical trials
• Has previously worked in Clinical Project management at a Senior Director Level
• Can be fully homebased anywhere in the US

Salary & Compensation:

Competitive Base Salary - $220,000/$250,000

Yearly Bonus based on Individual & Company performance
