Clinical Contracts Specialist Jobs

Perform monitoring of the Clinical Contract Management “CCM” mailbox..

Ensure all fully executed clinical contracts are uploaded onto Seagen Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) system on behalf of Shared Services

Complete training assigned including general training requirements, SOPs, and system and process related training.

Provide list of effective Master Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Clinical Trial Agreements (MNDA/MCTA) for site on new studies to key stakeholders.

Perform Known Clinical Site (“KCS”) verification and re-verification.

Submit contract request in Seagen systems when support is needed.

Provide contractual guidance to program personnel and management.

Must possess the ability to effectively interface at all levels of company management.

Manage contractual issues relative to high-dollar, complex Programs.

Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) contracts required.

Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously highly desirable.

Coordinate with Materials Management and Accounting Departments to assure that expenses related to major vendor contracts are properly classified and reported

Manage timelines related to contracts, including deadlines for renewals and revisions to contracts when approaching expiration

Ensure that insurance requirements are met, and internal processes and records are maintained

Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.

Two (2) years of experience with contracts or similar required.

Healthcare and/or Hospital experience preferred

Review, redlining, and negotiating of agreements and terms

Issue-spotting, researching and appropriately escalating risks and concerns

·5 years’ Experience of Study Management within a pharmaceutical or clinical background

·Knowledge of relevant legislation and new developments in the area of Clinical Development and Study Management
