Reviews bids, specifications and requirements for consistency and accuracy

Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence in an organized, logical manner, to meet reporting and compliance requirements

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and other federal agency regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Excel, Word, and Adobe skills

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics degree required; Master of Business Administration degree a plus

Produces outstanding deal list for office manager each day, keeping track of deals nearing 20 day mark.

Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking)

Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time

Accounting or dealership experience preferred

1 year of service = 40 hours of vacation

Perform monitoring of the Clinical Contract Management “CCM” mailbox..

Ensure all fully executed clinical contracts are uploaded onto Seagen Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) system on behalf of Shared Services

Complete training assigned including general training requirements, SOPs, and system and process related training.

Provide list of effective Master Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Clinical Trial Agreements (MNDA/MCTA) for site on new studies to key stakeholders.

Perform Known Clinical Site (“KCS”) verification and re-verification.

Submit contract request in Seagen systems when support is needed.

Timely and accurately enters contract data into applicable contract management systems.

Interprets and communicates contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposures to key stakeholders, including sourcing professionals and business leaders.

Understands service requirements across multiple business groups.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.

Minimum of 5 years; experience in a fast-paced commercial contracting environment, including negotiating legal terms of contracts.

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Identify problems and communicate potential solutions. Implements operational decisions of program management.

Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements

Create and maintain contract files in full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and guidelines.

Clinical Contracts Manager - REMOTE

Works with Supplier Relationship Manager and Legal to establish Master Services Agreement (MSA) for as many suppliers as possible.

Works with Supplier Relationship Manager to incorporate Key Performance Indicators into contracts for applicable suppliers.

Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or industry related field

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects.

Proven experience with a full range of contract/subcontract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.) and full life-cycle administration of contracts.

Excellent negotiation skills and familiarity with complex terms and conditions.

Technical and functional knowledge of contracts administration including FARS/DFAR, government regulations and laws, and contracting procedures.

Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and various database/ERP systems to prepare documents and reports, manage/track contracts, and maintain records.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.

Experience with Medidata Grant Manager Planning or another Clinical budget, FMV or benchmarking systems a plus

A minimum of 2 years of progressively relevant experience required; experience in clinical trial budget and contract negotiations is a plus

Must be able to use time effectively; sets priorities in order to manage multiple projects with time sensitive deadlines

0-10% overnight travel required. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere within the United States.

Negotiates budgets and contracts within Fair Market Value (FMV) and escalate issues for approval as required
