We are seeking a motivated Clinical Office Administrative Manager to join the CLAVA Health medical team. In this key role, you will work with the clinical staff to optimize the efficiency of operational procedures and overall improve the patient experience. By serving as a vital link between our clinical and administrative teams, you'll foster seamless communication and coordination to ultimately deliver exceptional patient care. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a dedication to quality improvement. The ideal candidate will be organized, technologically proficient and well-versed in logistics behind business growth and success.Medical knowledge is not a requirement for this position but experience with the flow of a clinical office is preferred. For individuals completing a gap year and pursuing medical school, PA school, or nursing school, this position is an excellent opportunity to gain paid clinical experience and work hand-in-hand with well-respected physicians and practitioners.
This is a full-time position with an expected shift length of 6-8 hours. Reliable transportation to and from the clinic is required.
Responsibilities
- Streamline office operations, optimize patient experience, and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate patient care, patient follow-up and manage appointment scheduling effectively.
- Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative sides of the business.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives for better performance.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Handle patient concerns and feedback promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
- Manage inventory and supplies.
- Prepare reports and analyze key performance indicators.
- Foster a strong team and contribute to business growth.
Required Qualifications
-High School diploma or GED
-Experience in the fields of healthcare, business administration, and/or customer service
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Technologically proficient
-Exceptional organization
-Ability to develop and/or improve standard operating procedures to optimize clinic efficiency and better the patient experience
Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree
-Familiarity with clinical operations
