Client Service Associate - Commercial Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service and Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our private commercial clients, both in the office and online. You will work closely with our client service team, attending to the needs of our highest net-worth clients and businesses in a clear, well-written/spoken, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executives, providing them with crucial insights and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Attend to specific banking needs of clients, including onboarding and maintaining bank accounts, initiating wire transfers, and following due diligence and extensive Know Your Customer procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our Commercial & Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, and Wealth clients, as well as bankers across the bank.
• Utilize business analytics and data management skills to create highly detailed, accurate financial and pipeline reports within designated timeframes.
• Manage client relationships for bankers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Thrive in a rigorous and fast-changing work environment, adapting quickly to new situations and challenges.
• Handle loan advance/paydown requests, manage deposits, and address complicated challenges and tasks presented by the bank's demanding requirements.

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks and challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with high net-worth clients and businesses.
• Familiarity with LoanIQ and/or FISERV tools is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in business analytics and data management, with experience in generating detailed and accurate financial reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a client service and support role, preferably within commercial banking.
