Role And Responsibilities
As a Claims Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth claims processing for our valued customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve gathering essential documents and data for the claims team, efficiently processing incoming faxes and emails, and promptly setting up claims. Additionally, you'll engage in proactive communication with vet clinics to obtain any missing information or documents. This position is the heartbeat of our pet insurance world, involving data entry with precision and speed.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who finds satisfaction in tackling similar tasks with efficiency and precision. If you're a pro at multitasking and thrive in a dog-friendly office environment, we'd love to hear from you! While being self-motivated and driven, you'll also cherish the spirit of teamwork, ensuring a harmonious work atmosphere. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, and a typing speed of at least 75-90 wpm will be a significant advantage.
