Job Description
We are looking to hire a full time Claims Administrator who is detail oriented, attentive and works well with others. Experience in a claims related field (e.g. Insurance, mortgage or medical) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Review response forms, escalation, and resolve
  • Identify and process disputed response forms
  • Complete other projects and/or duties as assigned
  • Scan responses for cases and projects
  • Process all response forms including opt in, opt out, and claims with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Review processing criteria and begin processing cases with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS office and various desktop software programs
  • Attention to detail
