My client, an investment bank, is seeking a Chief of Staff to lead the strategy for the strategy for Chief Information Security Office, the development of its operating model, and be responsible for providing execution and transformation capabilities.

Successful Chiefs will be:

Accountable for the effective running and governance of the CISO to maximise the impact of the function

Accountable for the relationship between the CISO, the other CISO organizations within the Global CISO organization, and the Group Technology Office (CTO)

Accountable for the Security Platform Strategy's effective operation, ensuring there is a strong commercial and execution focus

Accountable for the CISOs effective engagement in the budgeting processes particularly the mid-term planning process (MTP)

Accountable for ensuring that 3rd party product selection processes are well executed

Accountable for ensuring the development lifecycle used within CISO is compliant, efficient and effective

Accountable for the Engagement and Communications for CISO ensuring that colleague experience is enhanced, CISO influence across the CSO and CTO communities is maximized and external brand is enhanced
