Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Represents CEO/President in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acts as an extension of the President/CEO and information funnel, filter, and facilitator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess all inquiries directed to the President/CEO, determine priority and the proper course of action.
  • Triage all incoming requests for the executive's time and work collaboratively to ensure his calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization.
  • Manages the President/CEO's calendar and prioritizes their time and schedule.
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO/President and senior management team.
  • Build and run cadence for leadership meetings, board meetings, and leadership off sites, including structuring and editing agency-wide communication.
  • Serve as a key liaison to the Board of Trustees and serve as the lead for all Board Committees.
  • In consultation with HR, serves as a liaison between FCA employees, executives and the President/CEO regarding employee well-being, company culture and morale.
  • Build and lead the daily operations of the executive office.


Qualifications And Requirements


  • BA/BS required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems.
  • At least 15 years of experience across a variety of functions including at least five years directly supporting an executive leader (preferably a President, CEO or Executive Director), elected official or high-profile thought leader in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communications, thoughtful listener and can easily distill/convey information into agendas/briefs for timely review.
