Job Description
  • Leading the technology division for a brand new internal team|Equity stake in the company
About Our Client
My client is a leading FinTech company that is a top provider for credit/debt information regarding private group loan issuers. With funding from a new equity investment, our client is looking to expand into new product lines, enhance their platform functionality and extend its reach into international markets.

As the CTO you will be responsible for:
  • Identify probelms and find solutions
  • Overseeing new, internal technology division
  • Still have hands on capabilities
  • Internalizing a currently externally used platform
  • Reporting directly to the CEO

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Strong attention to detail, always looking to create robust solutions that minimize excess redundancies.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director level or Engineering Management)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong proficiency with C# and ASP.NET.
  • A desire to have an impact on the world with the software being developed.
  • Experience using SQL databases - either relational and/or non-relational experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Clear documentation.
