  • Co-maintain reviews and meetings held with Engineering, Design and Product leadership, including building agendas, capturing key insights, and tracking action items to completion
  • Oversee customer product request process for both existing and prospective customers
  • Drive and oversee Product & Engineering Objective and Key Result (OKR) process
  • Identify and monitor key Product & Engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Obtain cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the business and connect the dots for key stakeholders to drive increased alignment
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare product leadership team for customer meetings
  • Drive ongoing product roadmapping process
  • Represent and drive strategic, functional, and business updates for Product
  • Manage strategic processes to determine optimal CEO visibility into product DACIs, gates, and roadmap reviews

Skills & experience

  • Initiative and problem solving: Ability to independently drive projects forward with limited supervision and exercise sound judgment in identifying workarounds to obstacles
  • Synthesis and narrative: Ability to sift through large volumes of unstructured information and draw out key takeaways and next steps, then craft those into a clear and well-articulated message in slides or written prose
  • Best-in-class pride of work: Consistent delivery of error-free, well-formatted, all-around exceptional work product that demonstrates a rigorous commitment to excellence
  • Located in, or willing and able to relocate to, a Mindbody office within 3 hours of Eastern Time and Mountain Time in order to best facilitate coordination and communication with Product leadership team
  • Commercial judgment: Sound understanding of SaaS business models and ability to apply it to business problems and generate strategic and operational recommendations
  • Data interpretation: High degree of comfort reading, interpreting, and manipulating data, charts, and Looker/Tableau dashboards; formal technical skillsets like SQL or Excel modeling are not required, though are nice to have
  • Data visualization and communication: Fluent in translating raw data tables and charts into compelling graphs and other visualizations that highlight most important insights
  • Strong written communication skills: Demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise, professional prose for a variety of formats (emails, memos, executive summaries) and audiences
  • Flexible, adaptable and versatile: Comfort tackling a highly diverse and fluid set of projects and working with stakeholders across the company at all organizational levels
