Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate conversations with Executives to align on strategic business priorities, decisions, and approach
  • Identification and analysis of dependencies and opportunities for efficiency
  • Ensure function meets strategic objectives and manages against proposed timelines/project plans
  • Leads implementation and ensures compliance with enterprise-wide requirements across (e.g., business process management)
  • Be responsible for providing strategic consulting services to stakeholders utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Consumer Data Framework and emerging analytical trends in the industry
  • Partner with Senior Executives and staff to create and execute business plans that support the implementation of the data and product strategy
  • Lead definition and implementation of target operating model design and implementation
  • Lead ad-hoc specialty projects, including assessment, planning, and execution
  • Ber responsible for intake and resolution of risk-related matters/asks in partnership with Leaders and our Lines of Defense stakeholders
  • Oversee the development of presentations to senior leaders, executives, audit, and regulatory agencies
  • Enable the development of a strategic approach by providing insight and supporting activities leveraging organizational and industry best practice knowledge

Desired qualifications:

  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3+ years of management consulting experience
  • Influencing includes negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven, confident, organized, and an accomplished problem solver
