About Me4U

Me4U enables conversations between a celebrity creator's authorized AI and their fans. Fans can now talk with the pros they admire on the personalized topics they're passionate about. Me4U is a subscription service for fans, while creators receive a significant rev share to incentivize them to market and distribute Me4U. As we grow and expand our offering, we are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and strategic Chief of Staff to play a key role in our leadership team.

As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO, serving as a strategic partner, right hand, advisor and confidant. You will also be the direct manager of our EA, and will be expected to delegate administrative tasks to our EA. The CoS role will involve a mix of strategic planning, breaking trail in new areas, standing up new efforts, project management, and executive support, with the goal of optimizing the CEO's time and driving key initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the CEO, the leadership team, the broader organization and investors.
• Executive Support: Manage CEO's workflow, act as a sounding board for ideas, and assist in decision-making processes.
• Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO to develop strategic initiatives, drive key projects, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Team Management: As the company grows, you may be tasked with building and leading a team, setting clear expectations and ensuring their success.
• Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of AI industry trends and developments, and provide strategic insights based on these trends.
• Operations Management: Oversee and manage critical operational processes, monitor progress, and troubleshoot as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a strategic ops role within a startup environment.
• Ability to utilize and/or learn all of the latest tech tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for making sound decisions quickly.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with creators and AI is a plus; openness to learning about creators and using AI tools is a must.
