Chief Executive Officer Jobs

MPI Asphalt Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) to lead our company dedicated to technology in asphalt and pavement solutions throughout the
Americas (From Canada in the North through Argentina in the South). The CEO will be responsible for
providing strategic leadership and direction for the company, working closely with the Board of
Directors to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership
with the Board of Directors.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure
of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages
individual integrity.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
Represent the company with clients, investors, and business partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
In-depth knowledge of market changes and the forces that influence the company.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Ability to travel within The Americas.
