Job Summary: The Navigate Home Health Care, LLC, CEO is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the agency’s operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. The CEO is accountable for setting and achieving strategic goals, financial performance, and overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Leadership and Strategic Planning:
·Develop and communicate the agency’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
·Establish and implement policies and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
·Lead the executive team and provide guidance to department heads.
·Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and high-quality care.
2.Financial Management:
·Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and financial forecasting.
·Ensure effective revenue cycle management and cost control measures.
·Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives.
3.Regulatory Compliance:
·Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care agencies in Florida.
·Stay up to date with changes in healthcare laws and regulations that impact the organization.
·Implement and monitor quality assurance and improvement programs to maintain high standards of care.
4.Business Development and Growth:
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s services and market presence.
·Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers.
·Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the agency’s brand and reputation.
5.Patient Care and Safety:
·Oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes.
·Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
·Ensure the agency adheres to patient safety standards.
6.Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
·Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor organizational performance.
·Prepare regular reports for the managing partner and stakeholders.
7.Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
·Significant experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care or related field.
·In-depth knowledge of the home health care regulatory environment in Florida.
·Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
·Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
·Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and success.
