Salary: $300,000-$500,000 depending on experience.

They are in need of a forward-thinking CEO who can evolve and expand their footprint and portfolio of award-winning work.

As CEO, you will be a fundamental part of an already flourishing team, using your expertise and skills to create the greatest experience for your internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is an integrated marketing/communications expert who is a big-picture thinker, growth-oriented, and digitally savvy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee prime global accounts with commitment from inception to completion
• Mentor new and existing talent and help every team member reach their full potential
• Transform the firm from its traditional roots to a disruptive and forward-thinking shop
• Build, inspire, and lead one of the agencies of the century
• Grow and develop client relationships with a new and innovative approach

Qualifications:

• Strong digital and social chops
• A decision maker- knows how to lead with clear direction to successfully move the organization forward
• Experience building, leading, and growing an agency
• Magnetic personality. Excels at inspiring internal teams and clients
• Ideally a blend of PR and Marketing experience
