Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our client's presence in the market.
Create strategic plans on how to take business to the next level of growth
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
Keep on top of market trends & analysis
Collaborate with marketing, product development, finance, and customer success teams to align strategies and drive synergies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
Oversee pipeline management and sales forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with multi million $ revenue & projected sales growth
- Proven track record of excelling alcohol brand sales within the U.S. & Globally
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role, within the drinks industry (experience in alcoholic beverages is preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams
Summary:
- Experience in spirits, brewery, cocktails or seltzer preferable
- Experience & success in a similar role, required
- This role is remote with a requirement to travel
- $250,000 - $350,000 salary with + Bonus + 401(k), medical, dental & vision coverage, life insurance
- Relocation packages available for the right candidate
Requirements:
