Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions to utility companies, using advanced software and technology to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and drive sustainability enabling utility companies to perform best for those that matter most - Their customers!

Responsibilities:

This Scale-up is looking to grow from 50 people to 250 people in the next 3 years, whilst increasing revenue & customer base.

• Develop and execute company's strategic plan to ensure alignment with short and long-term goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and potential clients.
• Provide inspirational leadership to the executive team and foster a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy.
• Represent the company to investors, the media, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a comfort level interacting with C-suite executives, stakeholders, and investors.
• Experience in developing strategic and operational plans.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS or CleanTech organization.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and profitability from 10m ARR to 100m ARR
• Background in fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
• Experience managing / growing teams from 50 - 250 people
