The Chief Executive Officer Manufacturing Environment

The Chief Executive Officer our client looking for is:
10+ years of executive and operational experience with a track record of leading companies through aggressive growth periods
Industry Experience: Manufacturing environment, ideally with some exposure to the wood and/or lamination industry
Ability to oversee operations increasing production efficiency, manage the financial structure of a company, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while being an exceptional people manager
Ability to manage both up and down within a small organization, leading the communication between the owner / Advisory Board and the corporate operations
Experience in identifying and securing funding/revenue sources
Location: St Louis or willingness to relocate
