We are currently looking for a CFO who possesses specialized skills in managerial accounting, database management, regression analysis, solver optimization, and margin expansion to join our team. This role involves managing all financial operations of the company while working closely with the CEO and other department heads to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business objectives.
As the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations for margin expansion. You will also need to utilize specialized skills in database management to maintain and analyze large datasets, provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, and monitor and report on financial performance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Other key responsibilities include identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and legal requirements, developing and maintaining relationships with key financial partners such as banks and investors, collaborating with other department heads, developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, have 10+ years of financial management experience. Preferred experience in the trades. You should also have a proven track record of success in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions, and knowledge of accounting principles and legal requirements.
