Cfo - Manufacturing - $200-300K Package

Robert Half is looking for a CFO to join our client! The CFO must have an ability to work well with the CEO, board members and other senior executives, as well as strong analytical, strategic-planning, operational and communication skills. Candidates with a combination of industry and public accounting knowledge are preferred. This is the perfect role for an experience CFO looking for a challenging role at an established company.

- Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades

- Handle investor and investment institution relationships

- Oversee independent auditor relationships

- Enforce staff compliance with company policies and state and federal laws

- Supervise all personnel in the finance department

- Own process improvement for the integrity of a company's financial information

- Recognize and control insurance requirements and business risks

- Hire, train and retain finance and accounting staff

- Examine the organization's operations and determine if cash flow is appropriate

- Govern accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

- Strategically manage the accounting and finance functions

- Handle all relationships with vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

- Prior Experience as Controller, CFO for Manufacturing Co $50-200M

• Understanding Cost Accounting
• International Experience is highly preferred

- Public accounting experience a plus

- MBA, CPA, CGMA or CMA preferred

- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

- Superb organizational and leadership skills required

- 5+ years' management experience

- 10+ years' experience in accounting or finance

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
