We are currently looking for a Manager – Paralegals, Medical Records and Investigations to join our growing team. Our principal office is in Austin, Texas, with offices in Denver, Dallas, El Paso, and across the Southwest. As a Manager – Paralegals, Medical Records and Investigations, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex legal matters and resolve their cases while overseeing our firm's records department, and assisting in managing the pre-litigation department. This position is hybrid, with the expectation that you will come into our Northwest Austin office 3-4 days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting high quality of work throughout the department;
  • Ensure records department is adhering to processes and procedures and maintaining accuracy of work product;
  • Oversight of records department which includes our Medical Records and Investigations team;
  • Ensure records department is hitting its KPIs;
  • Training new Medical Records and Investigations Legal Staff;
  • Team coverage as needed.
  • Conducting KPI audits for our pre-litigation paralegals;

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Experience monitoring KPIs and ensuring high quality work;
  • Willingness to do roll up your sleeves and step in wherever needed;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment;
  • Experience working at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm is a plus but not required;
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree;
  • Paralegal experience is a plus but not required;
  • 2+ years of management experience is required;
