Job Description
Description

Individual contributor position responsible for supporting employees through the absence management process in conjunction with TPA including ADA tracking and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform statistical analysis on claim trends to meet organizational goals
  • Track, document and communicate accommodation requests to HR Business Partners and management. Document activity and response according to applicable process.
  • Respond to and prepare legal documents as required
  • Administer specific claims as determined by management
  • Serve as a liaison between associate and third- party administrator and communicate to associate/managers as appropriate.
  • Handle all Brand escalations and Associate Relations issues that arise out of leave of absence management
  • Oversee all federal/state/local leave regulations and ensure TPA adherence to policy and regulation on all cases.
  • Monitor vendor performance and oversee claim administration and payment by TPA
  • Operate as a support function to HR Business Partners and associate’s manager.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal to all levels of associates.
  • Must be able to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
  • Strict attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous leave and FMLA administration strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years previous benefits administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Proficiency with Excel preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
