Disability Case Manager Jobs

Performs case management activities associated with occupational and non- occupational disability claims. In collaboration with senior specialists and subject matter experts, identifies, coordinates and executes remain-at-work and return-to-work processes, interventions, and plans (including temporary and permanent accommodations) in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other applicable University, state and federal guidelines. Develops positive, trusting relationships and provides consultation to departments & employees on policies (Transitional Work, Reasonable Accommodations, Paid and Unpaid Leave), disability separation, and hardship requests. Acts as point-of-contact with workers’ compensation & disability vendors on claim matters.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and two years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications:

2-4 years relevant experience or advanced degree preferred. CRC or CDMS preferred.

Salary Range: $53,800 - $71,700
