Case Coordinator Jobs

Hiring a case coordinator for our client. This is a 6 mos role with the potential to extend longer and become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties will consist of:

· Receive, track and monitor Title IX reports and complaints

· Collects and prepare data related to compliance with the various federal and state laws

· Coordinate and develop case management checklists, protocols and procedures and assists in the coordination, tracking, and monitoring of Title IX compliance training.

· Case management

· Assists in the creation and maintenance of web-based materials on the laws, policies and procedures

Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Title IX, Clery Act, VAWA, FERPA, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable federal and state civil rights and employment laws, regulations and court decisions.

· Demonstrated knowledge of investigatory procedures related to student conduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in a higher education setting.

· Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
