Job Description
Primary Responsibilities Include


  • Trouble-shoot cases with DSS HEAP, other agencies, vendors and/or county departments
  • Process HEAP applications for the over-60 and disabled populations
  • Provide information and assistance to clients as needed to other energy programs, senior services, services for persons with disabilities, and general benefit and entitlement programs
  • Coordinate HEAP services with weatherization services


Qualifications And Requirements Include


  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).


Schedule


  • Part time 21 hours per week
  • Seasonal position September 1st - March 31st
