Caregiver - Full Time, 12-Hour Shift

Our communities, primarily located in Texas with a growing presence in New Mexico, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, collectively offer over 2,000 units and a full range of senior living options, including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and short-term Respite Care.

We are currently seeking dedicated Care Givers to join our Cy-Fair Community team.

As a Care Giver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and emotional support to our residents while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and homely environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
• Assisting residents with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as directed
• Supporting residents in maintaining their independence, promoting dignity and ensuring their physical safety
• Keeping residents' rooms and work areas clean and tidy

Position Requirements

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification is preferred
• Capable of managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills with residents, management, and colleagues
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma/GED
