• Encourage residents to engage in scheduled activities, entertainment, exercise and dining

Resident pace can be slow, patience is required The ability to effectively respond to varying moods of residents requires compassion and flexibility Being a good companion requires listening and empathy Caregivers stick to the rules and are relied upon to be honest and responsible Good communication with Nurse, Dining staff, Activities team, Medicine Technicians and families relative to on-going care and needs of residents Ability to maintain professionalism in appearance and demeanor What can we offer you as a Caregiver?
• Text communication of available shifts to pick-up plus bonus pay
• Performing and documenting duties as outlined in Individual Resident Care Plans
• Time and half pay for working designated major holidays
• Shift differential pay (in participating locations)
