10+ years of experience in manufacturing expansion and construction.

· 5+ years experience of directly related experience in a role with progressive planning and management responsibilities

· Proven track record in program or project management, and new product introductions

· Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices, terms, and conditions

· Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices.

· Self motivated, proactive, creative & critical problem solving capabilities;

· Exhibits strong verbal, interpersonal, organizational, problem resolution, written, planning and analytical skills.

Manage the day-to-day support activities including administration, resource management, stock control and contractor compliance

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, engineers and peers

Knowledge and / or experience of planning, scheduling or organizing tasks

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Support DE (Design Engineering) and PM (Program Manager)

Manage AR (Appropriation Request) buys as well as Non-Capital equipment buys

Strong project management skills and ability to explain complex concepts and strategies in understandable terms.

Certification in related discipline preferred (e.g., CPIM Certification or Project Management Certified, Green Belt Certified).

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience leading cross functional teams without direct line reporting authority.

Experience in multiples areas of Supply Chain such as Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning and/or Distribution preferred.

Experience in preparing for and presenting project status to executive leadership, including the development, and managing of dashboards.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing responsibilities, manage deadlines, and stay organized, while conducting oneself with a strong sense of personal accountability

Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years + of professional and relevant work experience

Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
