Fundraising Analyst - Venture Capital

We are currently working with a Asia based VC who are looking to add a Junior executive to work under the IR team on Fundraising / Sales, North America focus.

Successful candidate to help with cold outreach for fundraising in the US, someone junior, 1-2 years experience, who has worked at a placement agent or an advisory firm that helps Private Equity funds raise capital. This is an outward facing sales role.

Requirements:

• Focus would be outbound cold emails to institutionalinvestors, family offices, etc.
• Wouldn't be expected to handle calls, but can hand over to IR dept (and shadow and learn over time)
• Capable to leverage the inhouse databases (preqin, events, etc.), to qualify lists
• Geographic focus of outbound would be primarily US, and potentially some EU/Aus(so candidate shouldbe from these geographies)
• Email writing skills (Can work off current templates)
• Junior, 1-2 years experience, that can be trained under IR dept. Fund placement experience required
• Strong critical thinking, demonstrates strong sales skills
