Billing Supervisor Jobs

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is conducting a search for a Billing Supervisor with Rallye BMW. This team leader would oversee the daily operations of the Billing Department. The ideal candidate will be able to build a team atmosphere while possessing the knowledge and experience to supervise the day-to-day aspects of the billing department which includes but is not limited to billing, DMV, auction, incentives, and funding.
Essential functions include but not limited to the following:

• Cross-train current and new employees in the billing / DMV office
• Accountable for preventing any DMV investigation and liabilities
• Serve as point of contact for all DMV inquiries and investigations
• Remain current on all DMV regulations to assure compliance
• Ensuring all time-sensitive documents are being processed in a timely manner by the team
• Oversee the daily operations of the billing department
• Streamline and harmonize the billing and DMV process
• Serve as backup to billers

Requirements
Experience - All candidates must have the following experience

• Experience stocking inventory
• Experience handling DMV investigations and audits
• 5 years of automotive billing and DMV experience handling billing, funding, and DMV processes
• Proven experience and proficiency with CDK, Tri-Vin, Infobahn, and Verifi
• Experience training in automotive billing processes
• BMW dealership experience is preferred
