We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
Job: Full time
Monday to Friday
Pay range: $20.05 - $31.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities:

• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Active listening and strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software and other relevant applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) required for the job.
