We are seeking someone to join our Consumer Care team in St. Louis, MO as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be a part of an amazing team that provides support to each other and an environment that is fun and engaging! You will answer calls from customers regarding their questions and/or concerns.
Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
  • Deliver timely and accurate credits and adjustments to customer accounts
  • Effectively manage consumer calls to respond to and resolve order inquiries or complaints and complete inbound sales
  • Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate complex questions for resolution
  • Grow customer retention through positive and professional communication

    Qualifications:
    We seek people with these qualifications:
    • Intermediate data entry & typing skills required
    • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Sunday, Closed
    • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
    • Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Previous customer service, call center or retail experience preferred
    • Available to work full time on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends & holidays:
      • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
      • Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      • Sunday, Closed
