Responsibilities


Job description


  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective customer service
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed call center performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance metrics


Requirements


  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
