Responsibilities:
•Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target accounts
•Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to initiate contact with prospects
•Qualify leads and determine their fit for our products or services
•Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or meetings for our sales team
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in our system
•Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
•Keep up on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable insights to the team
•Continuously refine and optimize lead generation strategies and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
•Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
•Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
