WHAT WE GET:

  • A results-oriented professional with at least four plus years sales experience, a proven ability to break into enterprise and medium sized brands, and expertise selling staffing, consulting, and strategy solutions.
  • Work independently and with your team to exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients
  • Ability to persevere and be resilient in face of setbacks and challenging sales goals
  • Sell Cybotic Systems staffing, consulting, and strategy AI tool suite to prospective client companies through multiple resources – including cold calling, virtual or in-person client meeting, referrals, social media, etc.
  • A professional who will not be phased by targets – but thrive to grow and expand.

  • Engaging, quick-on your feet, and a self-starter


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of industry applications, social channels, sales methods, program planning, and research techniques.
  • As a true hunter, leverage creative ideas and analysis to break into target brands and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Prepare quality responses and present to decision-makers at medium to large North American-based companies with a national scope.
  • Research, identify, prospect, contact and sell staffing and consulting services to new qualified prospects. Includes working closely with our Cybotic Systems team aligning with our philosophy, strategy, and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a new business pipeline targeting qualified leads and a sales cycle pipeline to close deals.
  • Collaborate with our Cybotic Systems leadership team throughout the sales cycle to oversee processes and appropriate resource delegation.
