Our Goal Is To Reduce The Time It Takes Clients To
Educate internal and external individuals on who Network Advisory Services is within CBRE, what client problems we solve and how we can be used.
  • Look for areas of optimization with the goal of cost reduction and improved end user experience
  • Assist with projects from concept to completion
  • Understand their total monthly recurring technology spend
What You’ll Do
Contact internal and external target influential individual
Communicating how our team may be able to assist with current and future projects
Build a pipeline of projects that are fee generating
Report on pipeline and activity
Assist with the initiation and scope definition with clients.
Assist with the prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client priorities, commitments, and milestones
Provides ongoing guidance and support for our clients as it pertains to their evaluation and selection of technology products and services for enterprise clients.
Prepares, recommends, and implements a portfolio-wide strategy for acquiring, disposing of and transforming a client’s digital estate.
Coordinates internal and external resources and other collaborators in the execution of contract audits, contract renewals and sourcing new contracts as it pertains to our clients monthly recurring technology spend.
Acts as a client trusted advisor and effectively communicates the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of technology products and services.
Coordinates the communication of activity with team members and sometimes field real estate brokers. Sources and sometimes assists with the negotiation of technology and service provider contracts and amendments.
Understands how to review, analyze, and interpret information to enable clients to make more informed decisions.
Closely tracks all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepares forecasts and savings results achieved on behalf of clients.
Monitors and maintains a pipeline and project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion. Prepares reports and makes presentations to relevant parties.
Ensures compliance with CBRE's corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential risk.
What You’ll Need
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
  • Ability to perform some level of analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of sales and related experience and/or training
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • General computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Requires general knowledge of financial and technology terms and principles.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary or the Network Advisory Transaction Manager position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Network Advisory Transaction Manager is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
