As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual with strong cross-functional experience to join our team as a Business Data Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our business customers, operations, engineering, and IT teams to develop end-to-end solutions in an agile environment. Join us on the ground floor of developing technical product teams in India and the US, and be a part of our growing PMO and its evolving architecture. This position is based out of North Brunswick, NJ and doesn't offer visa sponsorship.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Prioritization: Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, implementing them based on business value or ROI.
• Define the Product & Stakeholders: Collaborate with product and delivery teams to drive new solutions, proof of concepts, and contribute to the architectural direction of the solution.
• Author User Stories: Translate requirements into technical details, building and validating use cases and user stories. Effectively manage the product backlog.
• Establish & Facilitate Ceremonies: Actively participate in daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Develop Roadmap: Take ownership of the product roadmap, managing new items based on prioritization frameworks. Define and track KPIs for success. Utilize dashboards for effective communication and work planning.
• Gather Requirements: Understand the needs of our external and internal customers, collaborating with the business and customers to gather and document requirements.
• Set Product Vision: Work with product team members to establish a foundational vision for the product, defining its purpose and desired outcomes. Develop and track KPIs to measure success.

Demonstrate Your Growth, Leadership, and Skills! What This Role Needs:

• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent task and project management skills.
• Preferred knowledge: Formal business analysis, engineering or testing experience, familiarity with logistics and fulfillment industry, extensive experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SDLC and the ability to drive proof of concepts and technical solutions.
• Demonstrated cross-functional work experience.
• Strong focus on KPIs, outcomes, and driving progress towards goals.
• 5+ years of prior technical experience, with 1-2 years of experience in a product/project management role.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical expertise and judgment.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience supporting process and workflow building, operational improvement, and project management.
• Experience building projects and processes using Smartsheets.
• In-depth experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Can-do attitude, a proactive mindset, and a strong team player.
• Extensive experience managing agile ceremonies.
