Job Description

Business Compliance Assistant

The Small Business Compliance Assistant position assists and supports the small business team members and is responsible for general administrative duties, including maintaining project compliance programs. The position works under direct supervision and performs routine daily administrative activities. This position must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.


This is a hybrid position.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Data management support with B2G Now and LCP Tracker.


Business Compliance Assistant Qualifications:

Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic math skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task.

Functions effectively as part of a team.

Dependability.

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Ability to understand and follow directions.

Experience in the Construction or Engineering industry preferred.


Advanced knowledge of:

Business practices and time management skills.

Broad based, career-level administrative support in a business setting.


Education and/or Experience:

Minimum three (3) years of administrative support or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience business practices, specialized support, or related field.

Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.


Salary: $20-$26/hr. (DOE)
