Business Analyst - Vie

The VIE will be in charge of supporting the commercial finance team of the Travel Retail Americas business by successfully partnering with commercial, marketing and other finance teams.

This role is expected to supply in depth, insightful commercial and financial reporting, and analysis across the region. The output should inform and understand our performance towards influencing the trajectory of the TR Americas business and improving decision making.

The VIE will also be contributing to the Revenue Growth Agenda of GTR by implementing adequate strategy driven by thorough analysis of the specificity of TR Americas as well as following the allocation of high value products.

Finally, the VIE will be responsible for managing the financials of the Canada business in collaboration with other teams, including the local domestic affiliate of Pernod Ricard, ensuring strong process are kept in place and performance is reviewed on a monthly basis.

Profile Description

• Ideally have a first experience as a business analyst with exposure to reporting process
• Excellent interpersonal skills are critical
• Fluent in English
• Positive mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to adapt
• Ability to anticipate and to respect tight deadline. Hard worker
• University/School graduate (Master Degree) from an accredited university/school
• Adaptation and multitasking skills to evolve in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and result oriented Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Work well with others on a team
• Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Web-apps, …) & generally keen to learn new tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Database management: capacity to develop and implement support solution to facilitate reporting
• Preferably one year experience
