Business Analyst Jobs

Seeking to hire entry level business analyst. On the job training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work with wholesale team on more profitable discounts and deals from suppliers
• Putting together preliminary orders and revising accordingly after discussing with team
• Assist in order placement and create purchase orders to fulfill changing demand
• Tracking orders created by data team and updating accordingly based on supplier confirmations
• Assist logistics team in tracking/managing inventory
• Run preliminary analysis on new demand to advise on potential targets
• Assist the team on several ongoing projects – bringing new ideas on how to run systems more effectively
• Use internal software tools and integrate directly with the company’s data teams.
• Revising orders and inventory demand based on cancellations and changes noted by suppliers
• Conduct pricing analysis on inventory procurement
• Create order confirmations and ensure orders will not exceed or overlap existing demand
• Conduct market research on additional suppliers, allowing wholesale team to fulfill more demand
• Assist in the initial allocation and distribution of procured supplies
• Run economic analysis of market trends and conditions

DESIREABLE

• No prior work experience necessary
• College graduate
• Advanced Excel Skills – Required
